Law governs all events! At this hour we have a courageous man formerly known as Costillo A. Johnson. An innocent man that has fought and continue to fight Alabama White Supremacists hiding underneath their cloaks judges, d.a., lawyer, clerk, etc. Along side the white supremacist's "dulocracy" described by an Alabama attorney as "darkie"! John B Knox is the attorney's name, he was the president of the Alabama 1901 constutional convention! (The version Costillo was allegedly convicted under)!

Costillo has been unlawfully incarcerated as an allege first offender for over 30 years! For ghost, skeletal convictions that are void on their faces! Costillo cases are the epitome of wrongful convictions! All cases the good ole boys and gals pinned on Costillo are allegedly committed against Caucasians!

Costillo was unlawfully arrested on 9/29/1994 for allegedly committing x2 - robbery, rape (acquitted), sodomy, attempted robbery (not a legal charge in Alabama) (changed to conspiracy to commit robbery ), burglary! The Alabama Forensic Science department Dna testing of Costillo results ruled him out as a possible suspect! When Costillo told one of the dulocratic detectives where to shove his offer up his 🫏 ! The detective assured Costillo because he didn't take the 15 years , 3 years split deal to become a lying rat for the state! Costillo would get the worst end of the stick! Let's dive deeper into the specifics of how an innocent man was railroaded! To convict Costillo as an allege first offender for infamous crimes he didn't commit! Just so happen the allege victim of the allege rape, burglary, sodomy, robbery cases testified her father was best friends with the infamous Sheriff Melvin Bailey ( the sheriff that beat and sent attack dogs on Martin Luther King's marchers and was the side kick of Bull O'Connor who spat in Martin Luther King's Jr marchers faces!) Costillo was tried in the same County Sheriff Melvin Bailey was the presiding over! ( court appointed attorney failed to file for change of venue or fight hard to get a change of Venue) The good ole boys and gals of Jefferson County, Alabama " Bombingham" Birmingham and state wide! Used this method to ambush and sabotage Costillo's defense :

● Appoint double agent appointed attorneys ( refused to allow Costillo to represent himself ) (and in one add on Robbery case made Costillo represent himself unprepared over his objection trial by ambush) Attorney Sanford exploited Costillo's indigent status by using his SSI number and case numbers to billed the state for services he never rendered in Costillo defense! Sanford claim he interviewed Costillo at the Jefferson County Jail on one date and on two more separate dates he claimed he came to prepare Costillo for trial at the Jefferson County Jail. The truth of the matter on the dates Sanford listed on the Attorney Fee Declaration form. That Sanford alleged he prepared Costillo for trial and interviewed him. Costillo was approximately 93 miles away from Jefferson County Jail at Kilby prison. When Costillo informed the Stats ethics commission and trial judge of Sanford exploitation of his indigent status and theft by deception. The good ole boys found nothing wrong with it! Trial by sabotage and ambush!
●Costillo complained to trial Courts through written motions and verbal motions that his Court appointed attorney Sanford refused to investigate
his alibi and that Sanford refuse to impeach the state law enforcement witnesses that fabricated evidence against Costillo with their police reports. That list information and findings by these witnesses that totally contradict their trial testimonies!
●Costillo's juror knew him as an adversary! Both Costillo and juror use to work at Baptist Montclair Hospital. The juror got Costillo fired for checking him for disrespecting him! The juror knew he knew Costillo to get even with Costillo for punking him out. The juror sat on Costillo jury to make sure he we was found guilty!
●The allege victim had gonnerhrea and Costillo did not! ( jury didn't get to hear this exculpatory evidence. Because Costillo's court appointed attorney outside Costillo's presence agreed with the State the jury should not hear this evidence - yeah talk about sabotage is an understatement)
●The trial judge would not allow Costillo to represent himself in the cases involving the Jefferson County Sheriff best friend daughter! The trial judge went as far as to threaten any court that dare overturn Costillo's cases. Due to the fact the court would not allow Costillo in the judges chambers. To argue against the jurors not being allowed to hear exculpatory evidence of the alleged victim having gonnerhrea and he didn't! With the threat judge Garrett would "campaign against them and throw out his gauntlet out at them"! (YES this occurred and the Criminal Court of Appeals didn't take judge Garrett's threats likely- this court has case engineered Costillo's cases on Direct Appeal by manufacturing reasons to affirm and allow the attorney generals to impeach the records on appeal by his briefs on collateral post conviction petitions ) YES the good ole boys and gals when the facts in Costillo favor they misquoted the law ! When the law is in Costillo's favor they rewrite the facts that is clearly shown on the records on Appeals!
●The alleged indictments failed to state facts as to what Costillo allegedly done! Especially in the sodomy indictment ! By definition 13A-6-60(5), Alabama Code 1975 ( now 2024) Sodomy is defined as inserting a penis in a mouth or anus. No where in the purported sodomy indictment. Did the D.A of Jefferson County factual allege that Costillo allegedly put his penis in the allege victim's mouth or anus! No person shall be accused unless ascertained (fixed) by law by virtue Art I Sec. 7, Alabama 1901 constitution (now 2022) ! The Alabama legislature fixed by law 15-8-25, Alabama Code 1975 (now 2024), that the D.A must state the facts in an indictment! This is what Jonny Cochran and F. Lee Bailey was talking about if they had 1 dollar for every Alabama prisoner. Both attorneys claimed they could free 85% of Alabama's captives! Costillo has broke the code on the D.A 's inability to walk in a court room and accuse him in suspension of the mandates of 15-8-25 ,supra. Only the Alabama legislature has the power to suspend the law by virtue of Art I sec. 21 , Alabama constitution 1901. D.A's in Alabama suspend the mandates of 15-8-25, all the time to indict the defendants during trial. ( yes Alabama attorneys do not dare challenge district attorneys for doing this).
